1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This document ("Disclaimer") is applicable to the LULU COIN ("Token"). By purchasing, holding, or using the Token, you ("User" or "Holder") acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Disclaimer.

2. Risks and Uncertainties

The User acknowledges and agrees that the purchase, holding, and use of the Token involves various risks and uncertainties, including, but not limited to:

• Risk of changes in market conditions, including fluctuations in the price of the Token;
• Risk of regulatory changes or actions affecting the Token;
• Risk of technological changes or failures affecting the Token;
• Risk of security breaches, including hacking and theft of Tokens;
• Risk of loss of access to Tokens due to loss of private keys or other factors;
• Risk of third-party claims or disputes arising from the use of the Token;
• Other risks and uncertainties that may arise from time to time.

The User should carefully consider these risks and uncertainties before purchasing, holding, or using the Token.

3. No Warranty

The Token is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. No representation or warranty is made that the Token will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the parties involved in the issuance and distribution of the Token, including their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, holding, or use of the Token, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total liability of the parties involved in the issuance and distribution of the Token to the User for any and all claims, damages, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by the User for the Token.

5. Do Your Own Research (DYOR) Disclaimer

The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for conducting their own research, analysis, and evaluation of the Token and the potential risks and rewards associated with purchasing, holding, and using the Token. The User should not rely solely on the information provided by any party involved in the issuance and distribution of the Token and should seek independent advice from financial, legal, tax, and other professional advisors before making any decision to purchase, hold, or use the Token.

By purchasing, holding, or using the Token, the User represents and warrants that they have conducted their own due diligence and have made their own informed decision based on such research, analysis, and evaluation, and have not relied solely on any statements, representations, or warranties made by any party involved in the issuance and distribution of the Token.
